Heads the showroom and drawing office, reviews every set of production drawings and joined the business as a kitchen designer in 2015.
Jarrah Thompson
Schedules the crews, trucks and site work each week and keeps builders informed, after starting as an installer five years ago.
Bianca Sorrentino
Owns the management system, chairs the safety committee and investigates incidents and complaints, and has held the role for six years.
Liam O'Rourke
Programs and runs the CNC machining centre and edge bander, maintains the tooling register and finished his apprenticeship here in 2022.

Costs every job from drawings and cutting lists, keeps the material and labour rate tables current and has been estimating for three years.
