Cabinet Making and Joinery
Manufactures carcasses, doors, drawers, panels and solid timber components for kitchens, wardrobes and commercial joinery. The team runs the beam saw, CNC machining centre, edge bander and assembly benches, working from cutting lists and drawings issued by Design and Estimating and delivering finished units to Dispatch on the scheduled date.
What the team is accountable for
- Cut, machine and edge board and solid timber to the cutting list
- Assemble carcasses, doors and drawers to drawing tolerances
- Set up, operate and maintain static and CNC machinery
- Inspect components before release to finishing or dispatch
- Keep dust extraction, guarding and isolation procedures in use

Tracks every job from confirmed order through production, dispatch and installation to handover, with the job pack details and current status.

Lists every machine, lifting device and vehicle with its risk assessment date, service schedule, status and authorised operators.
WHS Incident and Hazard Register
Records every injury, near miss, hazard and property damage report, the investigation and the corrective actions to closure.
